- Building trust and support among key existing or prospective investors through a regular and consistent dialogue.
- Understanding the ‘feedback loops’ between analysts, media, investors and regulators and how to manage them.
- Knowing the corporate and market regulatory environment.
- Awareness of what can go wrong and why, and how to manage crisis scenarios, as well as how to do it right.
