As a Non-Executive Director I bring twenty five years of capital markets and corporate experience gained in senior management roles, including as a Director of two start-up businesses and Chair of various management committees.  I am familiar with the UK corporate and insurance regulatory environments and the wider financial services sector, including direct experience of equity and debt markets. I have a sound grasp of finance and an understanding of strategic risk management.
